If you are contacting us to inquire about the status of an order placed from 11/30/14 to 12/10/14 (US Only), please read and acknowledge the following.
1. If you have not done so already, please read our Holiday Shopping Information Guide. This guide was highlighted throughout our website and made available to all shoppers who purchased on these dates and gives complete information regarding all holiday orders.
2. As it is predicted in the Holiday Shopping Information Guide, our company experienced record growth between these dates and our print team is currently back-ordered on many of our products. We are doing our best to get these orders out ASAP and based on the order in which they were received. All customers who ordered during this time period WILL receive their complete orders in advance of the holiday. While it is impossible for us to give each individual customer a specific date in which their product will ship, please know that we are working our hardest to service everyone to the best of our ability.
3. You may have received part of your order already and are waiting on the second part to arrive. If this is the case, there may be some additional confusion if your shipping confirmation lists all of your items as shipped and such is not the case. We are aware of this glitch and are doing our best to get it fixed. If you have not received all of your items yet, rest assured the rest of your order is on its way before December 25.
If you are contacting us to inquire about the status of an order placed from 12/11/14 to today, please read and acknowledge the following.
1. These orders are made past our cutoff date, which you acknowledged at the time of purchase through the statement and checkbox on our cart page. Please understand that we are not held responsible for any items received after the holiday from these orders. If you need to cancel your pending order because you need it before the holiday, please contact us again requesting this ASAP. If your product is already in production, you will need to return the product after it ships.
